150 watt hps louder then a computer?

Wonderin if anyone knew the Answer ? ( this includes the ballast)

You can't hear my light with the fan on.. It isn't really noisy they are pretty quiet but if you are trying to hide it from someone in the house I can tell you that is probably a bad idea
