$1500 Grow Setup Suggestions

I have a little over 1500 to spend on a grow setup that I would like to have a growing 2lbs. every 2 weeks or more. I was looking at aeroponic, other hydro setups nd such but cant really come to a decision. I would want massive buds but many plants. All ideas will be taken and are wanted. you can build all that for less then $1500, but do you have lights already? Good HID's will run you like $300 - $500 each........

you need to learn how to grow healthy plants before you jump into setting pound goals.
buy a 600watt hps and all the goodies for it, and a good tent (if you dont have a small enclosed room) and start in soil. Otherwise your gunna watch that money go right down the drain with the complexity of hydro or aeroponic ect. You can do a soil sea of green and still get a huge yeild under a 600.
