150w is it enough for 2 plants

i am starting my first grow from seed and have a 150w setup that can take both mh and hps i have got both lamps and was going to use mh for veg and hps for flower it is all in a dr60 with 100cm fan and carbon filter i was just wondering is this going to be enough light to grow 2 plants ?

I'd say it is enough, perhaps not optimum but enough.

thanks just wasnt too sure would getting a 250 make much of a difference

Getting a 250w would make a difference but it depends on price compared to how much it is worth.

its definately enough light for two plants, agreed not optimal but just get it as close as you can and youll be right. if you can afford it id definately suggest 250w tho

I have a 150 HPS and two females under it and I think they are doing ok. I am going to add some CFLs to the mix on the second grow and I think that will do. I am only trying to keep 2-3 plants and thats it.

150w is it enough for 2 plants
