150w or 250w ?!?!?help please im stuck/stoned

So i have my 2.5(w)x1.5(d)x6(t) closet with a small cfl grow right now, and after its done (in a month) im planning to do things the way they are ment to be (HPS) but i cant seem to decide what would be better, a 150w hps + possibly some cfls if the heat is easily managable or 250w hps? I'm really looking for someone who used BOTH 150w and 250w hps and could tell me the difference heat wise. A little more info - since this is absolutely stealth operation for ventilation i went with a low rpm big pc fan its 8inches and moves 110cfm at 19dBA which is virtually silent from 2 meters. My grow space is 22.5 cubic feet but i took in -30% for the carbon filter so i could change the air about 3 times a minute with my setup, i`ll be venting in the same room but i don't see this as such a big problem because the grow isn't going to be big, and the room is vented quite well, so if you were me what would you do? Im also considering cool tube but i want to avoid the complexity and $ which it will take from me. Thanks for your answers in advance, and happy holidays.

250w with cooltube and the cfls as sidelight would be fine imo. if you were not worried about noise or if you can adjust and set up the fan to deaden sound i say get a 400w and tube w/a can fan. its not as expensive or as hard as you'd think if you do it yourself, their are alot of articles on the web telling what you need and how to do it step by step. fan speed controllers are another option.
