17 days into flower with super soil am i on track??

I posted this in the organic section since I'm using subcool super soil but after 155 views no one cud even tell me if my plants were on track for 17 days flower!! So that is my first question..how does this look??..I defoliated about a week and half ago about 50% then on the 29th I did extreme defoliation I know its controversial and most are against it but my plant was a complete cluster fuck and my bottom branches are like a whole little plant by themselves so I only cut one cLone and its flowering with the other one now. So second question what can I expect from an 8" clone going straight to flower assuming external factors are correct?? And third my room is very warm due to my new 400 Watt hps and Mylar and hot muggy temps. An AC is outta the question for many reasons. I have an 8" exhaust fan 2 6" ones and a four inch one. Where in the room Shud I mount the incoming air fan at top or bottom of room. Where to put outgoing fan. Shud I have more air in than out or more out than In
