175W halide or 400hps

yea been using the 175w halide for vegging just got the 400 today should i switch over or used the hps for flowering only gotta be one or the other not both

go with the 400 for sure, the lumen issue here far outways any spectrum issues you may be considering.

metal halides are better for vegging.
cant u just buy an attachment to add a metal halide?

there is certainly some argument about whether mh is better than hps, but the difference between 150w and 400w way overcompensates for the difference even if you do think that mh is better for vegging
