18/6 to 12/12

my plants have been outside as much as possible (weather permitting) this weekend im building an area to grow inside and will start the 16/8 will this sudden structured enviroment have a negative effect on the plants

once i am ready to flower and go to 12/12 is this a sudden change or gradual?

All and all you should be fine. Just try and start the timer for when the the plants first start getting light outside. Good luck!!
