1800Wats Heat and negative pressure problems

Hello I have a tent measuring 240X120x200cm with 3 600wat HPS lights with normal open shades (wasn't my choice to buy these).

Their is a 5inch ruck for exhaust that changes 365m3/hour of air and one passive air intake which doesn't seem to be bringing in much air.

The tent is basically getting sucked in and is really hot (around 90 fahrenheit, feels like a sauna when inside).

Is there anything I can do without changing the exhaust fan as its already set up and connected to the carbon filter etc.

Help & advice needed.

maybe buy a small fan for intake, to bringA little more fresh air in??
I tried a low powered fan, didn't seem to help, the problem is the ducting for the passive intake is stretched quit abit about 4 meters and has 3 bends in it reaching to a window in the next room.

I am thinking about buying a slightly more powerful fan to suck fresh air in..

Would a200mm Airteq Inline Fan (930m3/hr) be to powerful?

id also say that you need to bring more air in.

or lower the speed of your out-take..though your heat is suffering,so you need to exhaust it out..so lowering your exhaust speed is bad.

i moved my stuff into a bigger room and the temps got better.

What do you think of the inline fan i mentioned above... Will it be to powerful and cause the tent to balloon up?

I need to get this right because Im going to be using a more powerfull inline fan then out-take.

Please keep in mind the 4 meters of ducting and 3 bends it will be sucked through.
