If your going to grow anymore plants get differnt lights also if that is foil take it down and put up mylar ,you can get it at any outdoor/wilderness survival stores they are those emergency thermal blankets that are folded up like wallets or you could just order off the internet cost about the same either way dont worry their cheap. Also you should probably put a thermometr in there besides that looks good happy growing.

I do like that lighting setup though, getting some good angles there for sure. What kind of bulb do you have in your overhead? A 68w 6500K would work wonders in there if you can get your hands on one. And another question I have is how well is it ventilated? The mylar is a good plan, or even going with white interior, reflective and guaranteed to not create hotspots :)

My only suggestion would be to transplant into something bigger very soon though so your roots can expand.

Like Fractus said if you dont have a fan in there for ventilation get one now! Also you are going to want to start looking for odor control you dont need it now but once you start flowering you will and i cant stress that enough. You can buy a carbon filter or make one either way have one before you start to flower, its not worth spending a couple of years of your life in the pen because of odor issues.

Don't blow air into the box, that will just create leaks. Blow air out and leave a hole slightly smaller than the fan as an intake, cover it with a box/flap of plastic/bent piece of ducting to keep light from getting through.
Get the plant in a bigger pot, get the lights good and close (no more than 2" away for fluoro/cfl) and put as many as you can in there, highest wattage you can find.
Check the lumens on each bulb and make sure you have 7-10,000 lumens per sq ft of growing space for optimal light levels (for reference, the sun provides about 10,000 lumens/sq ft on a clear day)
