looking healthy, you are doing well.

I'm not thrilled with the placement of your CFL in pic 2, it seems the lower bulb is too close to the side of the pot, and another outside the pot (that one is almost a waste)

.....try to get as much of the sides of the CFL bulb facing the plant...I can't see your overall grow-op but you really need to work on getting that side light in a better position (IMHO)

You dont want to give them a gallon... at least not at the size you are at right now. I have seen a few ways done, you can water until it begins to run off. You can tell by the leaves as well, if they are starting to droop then you need to water them. But dont freak out and feed them a shit ton to surplus the fact you think they might be dying. they will be back to normal in 30 minutes or so. What I do to tell is pick up your pot, (you will feel how light it is with no water) then lift your bucket after and you will be able to feel the difference. Water isnt determined on your pot size either necessarily. If you have a 5 gallon pot with a 2 week old plant, do you think you need anything more than a gallon? no you dont. I know this is a very vague answer, but its a very area. Just practice, and I would say its better to always under water a little then to over water. Hope this helps
