Ok, first thing you do is start a journal in the diary section so you can go back and see what worked and what didn’t with pictures weekly to track progress I always start with “day x :” so it’s easy to find your days. Now to the plants as soon as you go lights on count days until you see hairs shooting from tops, this is ‘Day 1 F:’
Sour Diesel and Northern lights should both be about a 70 day run for best ripeness. First things first you have about 80 days nurse them through. They will get Thirsty, I feed veg nutes until second week in flower room. Then start them on flower nutes. I start at twice a week, one feed other straight water with any supplements. I judge feed day by weight. If I can lift one handed it’s time. As long as the leaves don’t start dropping. You want as many wet to dry stages as you can get but don’t force feed them. When you water in coco or soil water with a quart jar start with two and let it set for 10 min then another two and wait, and do on until you see all the holes start to weep in a tray. Let set for an hour and dump any excess out of tray and your good for 3-4 days. Write how much they take to fill. Your days may vary as they get thirsty but amount you give them should be close to the same this way. After a few feedings you will get the feel for it. When they get that wet cycle you will see the top leafs praying to the light and a burst of fresh growth. Biggest problem you see question on sick plants is over watering and too many high priced nutes with 10 supplements, believe me I ran most. Best advice is KISS and LITFA....welcome and have fun.
