1st hydro setup(need Help!!)

ok i guess today is the day im gonna start this thing. im going to use a dwc type setup in this 18L rubbermaid tot i have. I have the air pump, air stone, and i have it all setup. Im going out today to buy the nutes and all the good stuff you add to the water. I really have no idea what to buy for nutes. thats why i came here, i have a few clones i want to start. What would be sufficient to buy. I am a complete newbie to this, i have two huge 5gallon water barrels too. Im going to get ph up/down today as well. Theres a hydro store like 30min from my krib so im going to get all i need. what ya think?? all help is appreciated, big or small......

dont forget net pots hydroton and rockwool. Foxfarm is the best from what ive read.

Got a nice pH/EC meter? Dip 'n Grow clone gel, or olivia's.

went out today and picked up a huge bag or hydroton, some net pots, rockwell, got a nice ph/ec meter. Im still not sure tho if im really ready to switch to hydro. This shit seems complicated as fuck, i talked to another fellow grower that uses hydro and says it takes alot of your time. I think i have just about everything, except the nutes. i stuck right in the middle, i dunno if i should go to hydro or stick with the dirt...
