1st Indoor Grow Autos

Today I bought PVC pipe for the frame of my room which is 5x5x5 just a little cube for 4 autos to grow in. What should I cover it with? As of now it's just the frame. And could I use CFLs for a good successful grow with dense buds? Or should I JUST shell out the $250 for a 400W HPS. How much would a hydroponic setup be?

My cheapass Ipower 400 is still going strong after 3 years of constant use.

Yep I run Apollos and haven't had a lick of problem. You could get a 1k for 250! Lol
