1st pc grow - too much stress?

Now day 20 since planted 4 sprouted seeds.

I was wondering whether this would be too much stress for the plants:

1. Changed lights from 5 blue spectrum (6500k) to 3 blue and 2 red (2700k).
2. Added phosmogen nutes (pinch in 750ml water - used half of the 750ml).
3. Lst on one plant, also broke one branch (on 3rd node, currently plant is growing 6th node)
4. FIM on two plants incl. The one with broken branch.

I did the above yesterday and was wondering what experienced growers think. I will post pictures in a few days to show the results.

The plants were looking healthy and still do. I expect the growth to slow down but not much i hope.

No way man. These plants can go through almost anything as long as they are given the right conditions. Make sure you keep temps steady and pay attention to how they are looking. Shouldn't be a problem at all though.

Temp steady at 23C.

I dont have a ph and moisture monitor so im trying to water only when soil looks really dry n using nutes then water twice before adding nutes again. Also watering till theres a 20% runoff water. Hopefully this should keep ph n moisture levels ok. I cant get the meters so im just hoping for the best.

Havent sorted out light traps and odour control yet. If all goes well should be going into 12/12 in 2-3 weeks.

Temps sound good. Everything else sounds good. If they go into 12/12 healthy then they shouldn't have any problems at all
