1st time clones, Does this setup look ok?

My goal is to get these clones rooted and transplant the cubes into hydroton. i used clonex gel and soaked the cubes in ph'ed water. i have a Rubbermaid container with a piece of thin of plastic on top. id say the bulbs are 12inches above the plants, there are 3 26w 6500k bulbs. i also have a heating pad set to low under the bin. i ph'ed water and spray it on them. do you think i will be successful with this setup? we just took the clippings an hour or two ago. thank you so much for any help in advance

Get the lights a lot closer to them.

they are about 5 or 6 inches away now, how long until they begin to perk up?

It takes a few days for roots to start poking thru peat pellets, I have no idea with rockwool, but surely no longer. You should see roots poke thru in no more than 8 days. Keep 'em humid, and warm. Warmth will accelerate the rooting. 80 deg at least.
