1st time ever for fun and own use!

Hey everyone.

I've decided to grow for the first time ever just for a bit of fun and to smoke my own. I just have a few questions...

I live in Australia and want to buy some seeds online. I've noticed a lot of sites don't sell to Aus and I'm having trouble finding a good site. Anyone know one?

I'm planning on growing 2 or 3 plants indoors but using natural light. I have a room with big windows and lots of light coming in that can easily be made dark, will the light be good enough?

What way do you recommend to germinate the seeds?

I want to buy feminized seeds so I don't have to worry about sexing them, do you recommend I do that?

How do I clone a plant? Should I get some normal seeds so I can produce a male and keep seeds for another crop?

As for growing with natural light you have to remember that they need 18-24 full hours of light when vegetating (first 6-8 weeks of growth), and need 12 hours of darkness and 12 hours of light when flowering (6-12 week into growing). I would suggest you just buy a high pressure sodium lamp or some compact fluorescent lights to control the light conditions better.

I would also suggest you go ahead and buy feminized seeds allot less to worry about especial only growing 2-3 plants.

Would growing in a closet with a light be good?

Nirvana doesn't ship to aus anymore and AMS is too expensive.

since it's summer it's a perfect time to grow using the natural outside sun for your first time!
I just finished my first harvest. it was small but it was a fun experience. i'm sure you'll get some good bud.

ya you can grow in a closet with a light but i hope you dont mean a normal incadescent bulb and i also hope you dont mean way up in the socket lol...do some research man and use some bagseed for your first run you will still be happy with the product you get...i second using attitude if you must buy seeds but from your questions i can see u really shouldnt buy seeds yet

No I meant a proper light setup!

I probably will just use some seeds from a mate for my first go so I don't feel bad if I fuck up.
