1st Time Grow Green Poison

Hey all.

Well I am doing my 1st grow and so far so good. Has been in veg for 32 days and I probably made some 1st time grower mistakes with topping, but she seems to have recovered. Since it's my 1st grow wanted to keep it manageable so just doing 1 plant in 2x2x5.5 tent using 2 gallon pot in soil. I was thinking about flipping her into flower but wasn't sure if I should let her grow some more? I am using grow dots to keep things super basic.

Some plants stretch up quite a bit when flipped to 12/12 light cycle. In a 5.5ft height tent, i'd be worried about head room. What is the current distance from the canopy to the light? How much more room do you have to raise the light?

I have the light at the top of the tent with prob about 5 more inches to spare and the space from the canopy is about 26in. I also have a net I was going to install after flipping to flower.

Most plants I've grown stretch more than 5 inches. I'd guess at least 12 to 16 inches is pretty normal. I've had a time or two where they stretch 24 inches. If it's stretching too much, you can bend the stems over.

A net is good. I would bend the branches out sideways on it.

Cool, thanks. I think I should be good for another week of veg or so before flip but will definitely do the bend.
