1st time grower...?'s bout peat pellets

So, Newbie... I have started a couple seeds without the paper towel method, I just put them into peat pellets. I was wondering how long I should wait until I put them under light, and when I should transplant. I am using 2 Philips plant lights 120w and 1 heat lamp 250w per 2 plants. My soil is miracle grow potting soil, trial and error I guess. My final question is about lighting schedule. If anyone has ideas about lighting schedules please lemme know. Thanks

is that 24 light 0 dark or otherway?

It's 24 hours of light, if it were dark that wouldn't be very effective would it?

right, i get it, but the directions for the pellets say no light until they sprout. I asked because I didnt think that sounded right.

Well maybe so, but the peat pellets were not designed for Cannabis and Cannabis plants are a high light demanding plant.
