1st time grower. stunted autoflower need help

hi guys. it's my 1st time growing, I have one auto(blue treacle) and it's been 7 days since it sprouted. on it's 5th day it seems to be stunted. I think I overwatered it because my pot(permanent) seems to have bad drainage in compost soil. so I transplant it to another smaller pot with new lighter soil. it doesn't seem to have any other problems just stunted, no yellow leaves. will it recover? is it gonna be okay? just really worried cuz this is my last seedling. the other 2 died. im just feeding it with tap water no nutes becauseI'm planning on bringing it in compost soil

Your guy looks healthy leave him be. He won't need water for a few days by the looks of it. You can always up pot into a better soil and add a little mycorhizes. Shit will take off. If you have killed a few, congratulations you loved your plants to death :p let her be only water when soil is dry.

Now tap water is another issue. You absolutely need a ph and a ppm meter. You need to usually air out the water for 24 to remove chlorine. This doesn't work for all city's as some use chlorine mixed with other chemicals that don't evaporate. You need to dial in the pH and ppm for every watering if you wanna get the best smoke possible.
