1st time grower with dying plants

hey, im a first time grower and think my plant is dying, and dont know why. ive got two small plants about 2-3 weeks old, one short and bushy, and one tall and thin.
i originally took them out of the ground about 3 days ago and transported them by car to my house in a small container, where they were squashed. i left them overnight and by morning they had fixed themselves upright. i replanted them in a small pot, with potting mix
ive got the, in good potting mix, in good sunlight, and water them everyday with a water nuturient supplement called lucky bambo. the top is strong and dark green, while lower leaves are turning brown at the end, with a few small brown circles scattered on them and have just fallen downwards. the bottom most leaves have died and shrivelled, and i think my whole plant is going to die.
ive read all the guides and handbooks etc, and nothing really helps, so can anyone out there help give some good pointers to maintain your plant out doors in a pot, and not in the ground

to be honest it may just have been stressed from the transplant and such.... nutes right after a transplant isnt the best thing i would have let it ajust and get used to its new pot/soil before feeding it nutes that its never had before.

If its just not shock i dont know what it is. Could be "Nitrogen: Entire plant is light green in color; lower leaves are yellow; growth is stunted...."

But as you said the top of the plant is darker green and the lower leaves are brown and dried up looking. But then again the plant looks to be "light green" on the bottem and almost seems as if its turning abit yellow.

I mentioned the N diff because plants need alot of N in the veg stage.

I am not speaking from expierence just what i have read and seen from other ppls problems

probably shock as well as salt buildup,i dont know the nutes you are useing but the one pictures new growth looks like it is salt saturated, just make sure your giveing a balanced feeding and that the nutes are not old or really cheap.but it will be hard to say untill they get over the transplant,how were they before you transplanted?
