1st Time Growing. Autoflower seeds.

Guys im gonna start growing my own plants because im tired of helping drug dealers.
It's my first time growing and i could apreciate some help with my setup here.
Soil: Lightmix soil. without much nutrients
Lights: Not sure, if u could help me with that it wold be awesome
Nutrients: Not sure either, need help with that too...
Seeds: 3x Auto Biodiesel Mass Feminized by Advanced Seeds
Pots: 3x18 Litres or 4US gallons
At the moment i do not have a grow tent, i was thinking about just plant them in my bedroom or install everithing inside my closet.
I dont have acess to especific bulbs but i was thinking about getting 1 CFL 150W Dual from agrolite.
I will apreciate any tips and help uu guys can get me

I dont really have a budget since im studing but about 215 Us $$
