1st week flowering.... Nutes??

my girl started flowering some time last week. i had been using miracle grow all purpose plant food for the veg stage,,, should i switch plant food immediately? i heard molasses helps a lot in the flowering stage. also i heard that then need lots of phosphorous in the flowering stage.

what do you recommend i do? like what kind of plant food do i switch to,, im kinda confused about the whole nutes thing.....

get a bloom plant food you can get them anywhere you garden shop. NPK should be something like 5-20-10 or 0-50-30, high phos.
