2/3 Great 1/3 Awful

Hi-

First grow here. Strange thing is- most of our plants are doing awesome, but about a third are all scrawny and stunted-looking.

We got them as clones in little cubes and then transplanted them into rockwool. Then, when most were showing roots through to the outer edges of the rockwool, we put the whole rockwool cube into a perlite/coco mix in Smart Pots. (maybe the little guys are the same that weren't showing roots through at that time).

We're about two weeks in now, and have finally decided to get the scrawny plants out of the sopped rockwool and put their little plugs straight into perlite/coco. The guess here is that they were too wet to develop good roots in that rockwool. And, sure enough- their roots looked yellow with very few strong, fuzzy white roots- and none going through the rockwool still.

Question is- what did we do wrong? And, is there any chance of bringing them back?

Here are a couple pictures of sisters- Schroms and Blue Dreams- one strong and one weaky. Note the Schroms came into the mix a week later. The last photo is of an Apollo 13- all of these have been doing poorly- so that's less of a mystery.

Any thoughts would be great!!
Thanks!
