2 indoor feminized snow white

This is my first attempt at indoor growing. I am trying a closet grow: space is 5 1/2 ft tall 3 ft wide and 3 ft deep. I have 2 23 watt daylight bulbs and 1 30 watt warm cfl to veg. I also have a 400 watt hps to flower. I have them in organic soil and perlite mix. They have been under cfls for 9 days. Any help from all of you will be greatly appreciated.

I'd say get some more wattage for vegging, maybe one more30 watt bulb or higher

These pics are taken 1 1/2 weeks after the first. They are 2 1/2 weeks in these pics. Are they the size they should be. I have been watering @ very 2 days between 1- 2 cups per. No nutes and distilled water. Can these be put into their final pots. I will use fox farm soil in final transplant! The temps are steady at @80f. The humidity is @40. The under leaves on both seem to be yellowing a bit. Any help would be appreciated!
