2 plants drooping

Hello,
For the past week and a half my northern lights who have just entered flowering and are 2 months old (theyre autos) have started drooping even during the day, at first i thought this was from overwatering but i waited until the soil was dry and theyre still drooping. Also, the bud sites have been there for like 2 weeks but no buds have started to appear yet. Its grown a new set of leaves on the top and theyre very small long leaves. I think they should be bigger. The weather has been very bad recently but now its 24c and perfect. What could the problem be? Why are they drooping and why havent the bud sites changed in 2 weeks?

This happens from either under watering or shock usually from a rough transplant.

I took your advice the other day about my yellowing girls. They are out of the heat and I am watering every 2-3 days. Despite them looking the way they do they are growing in size pretty quickly. I flipped em today and was wondering if you would take another look at them? I would be grateful. Thank you. -Burger
