2 questions.... autoflower? and lights?

ok i have 2 questions, and i did search but keep finding the wrong threads so ill just ask:


1.) does auto flower seeds yield more/less/the same than regular seeds? i know there faster grows so i just want to know if there worth it.



2.) i know there are different spectrums and some are for vegging and some are for flowering..... so is it possible to use the flowering spectrums for like 12/12 while at the same time use the vegging spectrums 24/7 durring flowering...... i doubt it but was just pondering that and seeing if there would be any advantages of it.

I can't answer about the yield, but an auto-flower will flower under any light cycle, including 24/0, 18/6, or anything else you wish to put it under.

u can flower an auto under 24/7 light , and depending

u dont get no where near the same type of yeild u do with an auto compared to an indica or sativa only becuase an autoflower is rdy to harvest at 60days so your only going to get the amount of bud it can grow at that size for that amount of time , depending on what strain of ruderalis"autoflower" u get will result in your yeild for an example ak-47 and lowryder #2 are probly the biggest yeilders and if u know what your doing u can get upto 40-90grams but with the small/regular sized autos u will only get 10-50g Max on average ive read that most growers get only about 15g's.

I have one that may be ready in 10 more days, I have lost track on how old it is as its been in my grow room under 18/6 for at least 5 weeks but I am not sure beyond 5, some of the pistols have started to brown. I was attempting to do a seed grow with some Lowryder 2 but ended up with 1 male out of 5 and attempted to harvest the male pollen sacks and dry them as the females were not showing buds yet, I dont think it pollinated as I am not seeing any seed production and its starting to smell dank as shit. I am putting it in my flower room with the odor control this morning as its stinking up my grow spot. I have planted my last 4 seeds in hopes to catch one of the girls this time and let the male plant mature naturally and release. I think this one in the pic is 8 1/2 weeks but I lost track on this one and dont care cuz I will know when its done

Sorry I was not answering your questions when I reread my rant. It does not matter what light you use for autoflowers so its probably best to use 24 hours of light for more growth. I have cut back to 18 just to save electricity. The yield is much less but I am not growing it expecting a lot as its done so fast, I am more interested in a plant that can finish very fast and has nice smoke so I can start breeding my own strains. Also in the pic are my white widow clones and several new strains I started to have a nice 4/20 this year.
