2 week clones look like they have started flowering on 18/6?

I just started my first batch of clones after the last group produced an excellent Dolato that I regret not taking some cuttings from.
I need to keep them alive and thriving in a small space for a while as I have some others finished in my grow room. I have a small light that worked well while they were rooting- it was on 20%. Question is if I keep them in 1 quart pots and keep the light dimmed- give them light nutrients- is this a good way to go to keep them from getting too big?
Any clone advice is appreciated as this is my first real try.☮☮

If they get larger than you like clone them again and when rooted kill the larger version.
