2 x tsl2000 in a 4x4 tent

Hey everyone
Was hoping that someone out there has this exact set up or even just 1 of these lights. I have red the suggested heights from mars hydro and got some pointers from others But hoping to get a light hanging height cheat sheet/guide to o go by for this is my first grow. From germ seed to seedling to veg stages to flower stages. With or without dimmer too.
Any help will be awesome.
