20 Days Old Plant, Yellow Tips

This one has sprouted 20 days ago and seemed fine until i watered it one day before this picture was taken. There was some general purpose nutrient solution in the water (7-6-6 + secondary and trace elements).

I guess i accidentally poured a little water on the leaves while watering, may this be the reason? As of now, the brown color turned into clear yellow. It's only a single plant's single leaf which has this problem.

Thanks for your help.

a tiny bit of heatstress man. no worries.
A couple of lower leaves of some other plants also developed the same problem. Is this "heat stress" because of a temporary change in the temperature or simply because of high temperature? I took them out of the grow room (28 centigrade) to another room (20 centigrade) for several hours, can this be the reason? Can it also be because of too much blow from the ventilator?

Thanks.

28c a bit high try and keep it 25c. or it could be you've spilt some water on them and the light has burnt them a bit.
