2000 watt setup HELP?

hey guys i gotta few questions, first of all i plan on buying a 5x10 tent. my questions are, would it be more efficient to use 2 1000 watt lamps or 2 600 watt lamps? and instead of using a 6 inline fan and 6 inch carbon filter should i upgrade to 8 inches? i know these lights will produce a ton of heat so will i need extra AC in the room? also about how many plants would you say i could fit in there? so please dude any suggestions i need help! thanks
