2nd Build, Dual Room 19' X 8'

Gather round folks. Pull up a chair and get your popcorn. I'm going to be putting together my first diary of my 2nd Grow Room Build.

I recently stumbled upon a bit of space where I can set up a room. I can use 19'x8' of space. I have decided that I'm going to build to rooms that are exactly the same size giving me two 9'6"x8' rooms. My ceilings are 7'5". Currently, I'm framing the outside walls. Sometime soon I will be picking up two doors and finishing the last wall. After completing the sealing I will be putting up walls with a bunch of plywood I have lying around. The room will have a final cover of Reflectix to insult the temperature and reflect the light. As of right now I am thinking of running them in an identical fashion on opposite time time schedules. Therefore when one room is getting light for 12 hours the other is in complete darkness.

I haven't yet decided on what method I will employ for growing. I'm preparing for either RDWC, Flood and Drain, or Coco with droppers. I may end up saving for a mini split to deal with the heat. I am considering either running Gavitas or growing vertically bare bulb.

This is the exciting part for me. A new space and a new grow. Don't forget the discount lumber store and the free stuff on Craigslist.
I feel like a friend is having a baby.
same here, it can be exciting yet frustrating at the same time. It's gonna be a few days before i update. I don't live in this space and will be pretty busy the next few days. In the meantime, let me share my vision with you guys. I'm really considering going with a dual zone mini split to cool the two rooms. if i grow horizontally there will be 2 Gavita 1000E lights per room. When one room is on the other will be off. This will prevent crazy power spikes. The two rooms will be controlled by an Iponic 624 Master controller. Ive done a ton of research and this is one of the few controllers that can actually control everything including AC. It also has a mobile app so that the rooms can be controlled from anywhere. If i decide to grow vertically i have no idea how i will grow as of right now. Maybe i'll suspend four 600's in each room and use 3 walls. I would definitely need some help designing a vertical setup. Each room is 9'6"x8x7'5". If that was done vertical i could probably triple my yield per room. I will be running around 1200PPMs of Co2 during the light cycle. This will for sure by run hydroponically. Feel free to add suggestions.

Framing the walls at 24" centers gives better sound isolation also. They look 24"

Not that it might matter, just saying
