2ND CFL grow and need sum advice on nutes

just starting my second cfl grow guys and need a bit of advice. first off im using and organic soil blend in a 2 gal pot. 5-23 watt cfls in a 3x4x3 box. i fucked my last grow by using MG products. enough said there. so what i need help with is picking some new ferts and nutes. a buddy of mine uses VF-11 with mollasses only. says he uses it start to finish and yields roughly 3-4 oz per plant.

has any one had much expierence with this. and if so how did it work for you.

there is a kit from Technoflora called recipe for sucess, it is a good kit for a new grower. Comes with everything and will only run you about 30 bucks. I used it quite a few times and it seems to produce nicely.

has anyone here used VF-11 with molasses?

Never heard of VF-11. I personally use Advanced Nutrients PH perfect lineup. I have used other brands but I prefer Advanced because of the insane quality and yield. Also this stuff goes a very very long way. It's very concentrated. I do use Black Strap molasses during flowering and flushing and that stuff is great.

that black strap molasses can u by that at any grocery store?
