2nd grow check it out please leave and tips or if you see something wrong let me know thanks fellow growers

My plants are about week and a half old im using a bubbleponics system i have 2 cfl lights I know more lights are coming oh and the strain is purple widow and kiwi skunk

Update i added 2 more cfls now i have total of 4 i will try to add more i have some flowering the red cfls but im not sure if i could mix them if any one knows can they let me know or if i could mix them when it starts flowering to thanks the roots hit the water so i will probally take the pump out in a few days the plants look healthy but if any one notices anything please let me know i will do updates every few days thanks for checking out my grow journal :leaf:

everything has been looking good but only one thing im pretty sure my only purplewidow plant is a male i took some pics check it out and tell me what you think because i thought it wasnt supose to show the sex until i start flowering and i had another question when i start flowering can i use the blue cfls with the red ones any answers would be appreciated thanks my fellow smokers

Looks like a male to me. Should be fairly obvious when you compare it to the others.

I got some stuff by Humboldt County called Snow Storm Ultra. It says in the brochure that if used as a foliar spray it may sterilize male pollen, preventing seed formation. It also increases the crystals on the plants when added to the resivoir. Might want to look into it so you dont have to destroy a portion of your crop. Or chop it and train the others to occupy that space so you dont loose out too much on your yield.

I looked in to the snow storm so i bought some ill give it a shot and try it out i hope maybe it can save it and any tips on how to train them i know i know man im a newbie but thats why i made this journal thanks for the help its appreciated bro

I use a 400 w HPS (red), 400 w MH (blue), two 18 w 2700k tubes and 7 x 26 w 2700k spirals for flowering. I think blue light is still important for growth and THC production while red is more for bud formation and tightness. Either way, you can't have too much light.

damn that sucks well i hope that Snow Storm Ultra stuff can maybe save it or should i just pull it out

I've heard of people removing the male flowers as they develop but it sounds like too much work for me. I would personally yank it so the rest of my crop wasn't at risk.

sounds good ill take your advice check out some of the pics everything else looks to be going good i probaly start flowering in 3 or 4 days
