2nd pair of true leafs turning yellow

im new to all this and it just doesnt look right, my camera only works when it wants to but once it does ill get a pic up here. the 2nd pair of leafs were looking good at lights out last night then when i woke up they have a little tint of yellow near the stem. any suggestions to what this could be?
