2nd set of true leaves

Hey fellow growers, my OK gush has been in the soil for what is the 10th day now. The stem is growing straight up but from what I am hearing I should have had at least 2 sets by now. I have it directly under 2 23 watt cfls and it gets some air circulation. It is organic soil and was on an 18/6 cycle until today where I switched it to 24. Attached is a pic, can you guys please tell me how it looks and if I should be worrying

No need to worry, looking good. The beginning can be slow, don't worry. Once the second leaves finish forming it will pick up.
