So I've decided to give this a try after watching so many videos. Im not really confused on lighting just unsure if this is sufficient lighting. I am using CFL.
I plan on growing no more than 2 plants. (personal use).
Im doing a Deep Water Culture method.
Using FloraBloom, FloraGro, FloraMicro for nutrients.
Grow space is covered in Mylar.

Grow Space. 2x2x5
2-68-Watt (300W) Soft White.

2-65watt (300w) Daylight.

MOST IMPORTANTLY -Can I use the lights together for both Veg & Flower? I ask because I have read that the growth of the plant does better with both Red and Blue spectrum. So I figured having both types of lighting in veg. state will be good, right? Does having 6500k in flower stage hurt at all? Please help me out...Thanks in advance. :)
Example of my grow space I would like to create.

Do you know the K temp of those lights? If it is ~2700k and ~6500k you should be fine. To get the "maximum" benefit, you would want to run 4 x 68w 6500K during veg, then 4x 68w 2700K during flowering. Though, I have been using 8 bulbs (4 2700k, 4 6500k) with success. I believe you can actually veg off 2700K and flower off 6500K, just the benefits will be diminished.

In short, you are fine. Also, your links are broken.

mixed spectrum is better. 3:1 ratio during veg and flower.3 6500k 1 2700k for veg, 3 2700k and 1 6500k for flower
