2x600w in a 5x7???

I have a 5x7 room im gonna be using for flowering. My plan is to use 2x600w in that space. Is this ok? Keep in mind im on a budget and this is the set up i can afford at the time. Any feedback is greatly appreciated =)

if you have the right intake/outake you can have what ever lighting you like i use 2x600 in a 8x4 using 5inch intake/outtake / aircooled so around the same footage as yours,
