Well then, around here, I find that most "newbies" take advise from others or web sites. The advise is wrong or above their skill level or are taken in by wild nutrient makers claims. They then have problems and return to sites like this for answers.
The thing being they should have read quality "how to" books, and I do mean BOOKS, not just one. Then maybe grow an indoor plant and learn from that. Then attempt to tackle the plant they intended to grow in the first place AFTER having gained some real world knowledge about growing.
The "I want it now" and the "I want the biggest and strongest result possible" attitude (or mind set). Gets in the way of actual results and the learning curve required to succeed. One step forward and two back don't help much!
The idea that time is a problem, just shows that problem I stated above is real.
The ones that take the time to research and learn or understand the basic's always come out ahead. Their results they share here,,,,,SHOW IT!
READ, study, grow, learn, adjust, grow!
