It's a mutation. I've had at least a dozen of them over the years. It's a mutation. I think most of the ones I've had ended up being runts.
Why did you plant so many seeds in a cluster like that? You really should start each seed in it's own container. A small 2 - 3 inch nursery pot or solo cup is fine.

Awesome That's Great to Know. I Have My Own Grow Goin On Lol And I Agree But A Friend Insisted I Do This For them So I Didn't Refuse. He Going To Splice Them Together As they Grow. I Am curious To See How He Does It Though.

Nice. You pinch the growing tips out. Then the plant makes two branches and tries again. Then you pinch those, and it does it again. Check out FIM techniques.
You can also the the limbs down to the pot and the little side branches will stand up and become main branches.
