maby show us another picture tell us about the light your using how many watts it draws from the outlet, may be as simple as moving the light a bit closer to the plants
 
well i googled that light looks like its 450 watts should be fine for a small tent, do you have a temperature sensor with a probe to hang near the top of your plants it'll give you an idea of what the canopy temperature is. i would suggest lowering the light closer to the plants so they wont be as spindly the ideal place would be as close to plants as possible without burning the plant. if you dont have a temperature sensor just use the back of your hand if its too hot for the back of your hand is likely too hot for the plants.

Yes I have a temperature sensor. Ok I will lower the lights closer to the plants. Thanks for the advice
