so I got my Reptisun 5.0 UVB CFL and clamp ficture. Its only 26watts so I think i'll be using this on all my grows. i just put it on late today. this light is only really for increased trichome production and won't do much else, so I think its basically a pure LED grow since UVB LED would cost me $500+ for what this 26watt light does. people are already saying LED produce stankier/denser/more potent nuggets so maybe this will push it over the top...
The buds are getting way bigger as time passes. I'll update with pictures tomorrow.
I also added another bucket to the ebb & grow, so thats 11 buckets now. and got my 6 bucket expansion kit, so I have another 7 to go when ready.
I am germinating many bag seeds, almost maxed out my 72 site germination station with popped seeds, and will max it out by tomorrow. Most cracked in 24 hours or less with that heat pad...MUCH better than an unheated attempt, where some took a week. I am doing this because I will grow them all in the 6 inch dome and only keep 12 of the top growing plants, and destroy/give away the rest to other MMJ patients.
For kind of a test and boredom I transplanted some of the plants that were 4 to a planter in the emilys garden into their own planter. I broke one 6 inch plant in half, but it still was connected. I used electrical tape to make it stand up straight again. Hopefully it healts itself. I'll know by tomorrow probably. Maybe if it doesn't, I can just re-snip the bottom and try and clone it, although I think I might just let it die if so, since its still sharing a planter with another plant.
