Commercial space electrically limited but have plenty of space Have 16-17k watts dedicated to lights or 75 max 80 amps of 220v.
So I could do 32 of the HLG550 or approx 24 of the ROI or comparable wattage.
Planning on 16sq ft per light.
Priority is 1.Quality 2.yield. I worry with less light over more canopy quality may suffer but would love some feedback.

You should have a look at @DoubleAtotheRON operation, hes running a huge room full of HLG 55Os with great results.

Hes even went as far as logging exact costs and breakdowns for the grow, help give you an idea on whats what.

Heres a link to his newest run, you can click on his name and search for his older posts, lots of very good info for anyone considering a room full of 550s.

16 sq. ft. per light? At 1700 PPF, I would expect the ROIE680 to cover over 21 sq ft per light. The HLG 550 R-spec is 1257 PPF.

I prefer strips over boards for better light distribution. The ROIE680 can be network controlled, something to consider with 24 lights.
Their site could give more info, but this is interesting....
