I think it's not so much the net people are commenting on, but that OP isn't weaving the branches into it. I could be wrong. I have zero trellis experience lol
You're fine, though I'd lower your screen (net) to the top of the plant. As it continues to grow, keep the canopy below the net until there's a
top poking out of 70% of the net holes, then flip to 12/12 and you're off to the races. Depending on stretch, you should end up with a 6"-12" cola poking out of every hole.
