Thats just a piece from inside the seed you can remove it with your finger I allways do. They look great you should have startde more though. It would suck if they all turn male unless there fem.seed. Good Luck Keep at it...

well i germinated 5, planted 4, and 3 grew. all bag seed so i have no complaints. and they are close to the light but i dnt want them to close, like can i keep it at tht distance cause stacking tehm on another cup will put them an inch away from the light

100 watt total, cause these are 100 w equivalent, giving my space 3200 lumens. im only doing a micro grow so im not looking to make them large

i recomened 18/6 or atleast 20/4

if your talking equivilent its not that hot but if your talking actual wattage then you can get like two 42w cfls and a 24w or somthing and it will be fine as long as you keep good circulation and have air blowing heat off the bulbs.

well whts the purpuse of giving them darkness. as a sapling shouldnt it be given as much light as possible to give it alot of time for photosynthesis

they should have darkness for rest and thats when they grow most of there roots but there IS slightly less growth. with 24/0 that plant grows slightly more but it gets kinda stressed with no rest and it doesnt produce as much root. i would say you can have on 24/0 for like a week or two but i recomened atleast turning it to 20/4 afterwards. its a debated topic.
