4 ft standard shoplight for seed,clone & veg???

Hello, I have just a standard 4 foot 2 bulb shoplight from lights of america, but was hoping with the correct bulbs I could grow from seed,clone and also maintain a mother plant in the same grow room. Is this possible?? What type of bulbs should i buy that would be for vegative growth. soft white etc?? 2600K 5600K?? thanks fellow growers. CW.

1 fixture is not going to be able to support a meaningful grow. That is probably enough light to keep a plant alive, but it would not grow very big and your harvest would be extremely small.
