4" HV4 desk fan for exhaust?

I need to get some kind of exhaust implemented into my grow. Right now i just leave the closet door and tent door open and have an oscillating fan blowout the tent door. My grow is in a laundry closet, so there is already ducting to the outside, where to i have no idea but im not super worried about smell. Anyway, i was looking online for some duct fans and found a couple different ones that run around $20-40. However i also found the 4in desk fan with a model number of HV4. Could i rig one of these up to my ventilation and use it as an exhaust fan if i block the whole fan into the ducting? My room sits at 85 max with the door closed right now. here are ac ouple of my options

Also these fans will be on their own timer so that i can keep the heat regulated.
