Here’s my creation. 12 nozzles, 15 clone sites. Appears to function well

I would cover it up, so no light could get to your roots.
Just wrap a few layers of tinfoil or something like that around it

If you don't use all 15 sites, but just 14... then use when plug for getting your electricity wire through.

I'm sure it will work but I would spray paint that tote

I got this kind of timer. I’m actually going to upgrade the tote to better quality and little bigger.

I think it is a great timer. Read good reviews about it.

If you go for budget, get a cheap ass timer like they sell at Target.
15 minutes on, 15 minutes off.
24 x 4 x 15 minutes = 24 hours before it goes round.

You can also rebuild it, so you get 45 seconds on, and 45 seconds
24 x 4 x 45 seconds = 72 minutes before it goes round.

That is also nice of DIY: You can upgrade for just some little extra money.
And use the old parts somewhere else.
An empty tote is never useless

That does look awesome! Just remember.... total darkness for roots is essential. I bet your rig did quite well with growing algae though, eh?
