400W Digital ballast and rf interference problems

Hi everyone I've heard about digital ballast causing rf interference and have cable company's show up wanting to inspect lines etc my question is would a 400w digital ballast cause enough rf interference to cause troubles thanks

unless it is right next to the cable box/spliter/modem/router and it was a cheaply made one ...no should not effect anything (if u are worried build a Faraday cage around it ......u can use copper mesh .......just encase the ballast it would block absorb the rf interference if any )

walmart sells it in craft section

Thank you. I've been reading up on diy faraday cages I've read that tin foil around the cords helps to as far as faraday cages go would copper mesh work best or would any metal mesh work if so I have some on hand thanks for you help again
