this is my second grow. I've stepped it up from t5 to hps, from bagseed to name brand trees, from wooden box to grow tent, ventilation, etc. And of course gained a little experience in the process.

Here's to round 2. I'm growing 2 papaya, 1 white rhino, and 1 snow white, from nirvana. If anyone wants to see how they grew up, ill post up some older pics, but i'm starting from present. today makes 29 days flowering. Theyre just starting to bud up.. should be fun!

[the pic where you can see my light was from a week or so ago, just wanted to show the setup a little]

i feed them every other watering, and i make a tea with various ingredients, depending on what they look like they want/need. during flowering i use indonesian bat guano, molasses, open sesame, beastie bloomz, cha ching, and cal/mag. Not all at once, and not every time, but thats what i have in my arsenal.

yea, i forgot to mention that I LST'ed the white rhino (kind of late in the game), topped the snow white and a papaya, and supercropped/topped the other papaya. I LST'ed all my plants the first go around, so now i'm going for a little more variety. we'll see what works best.

i have noticed in this grow and in my first grow that they have no smell. the first time i thought it was because i was using bagseed, but now.. im stumped. hope they turn out delicious and stanky.

Hey man first day first post here on this forum I used to frequent another.
Your plants are fine... Don't listen to the guy above....
My question is ... Do you keep your light as far from the plants as it is in that picture...
If you don't mind me asking how much did u crop dried on your last crop?
I too am running a 400..
But I use mh veg hps flowering.
First crop was a Bubba cross.. I cropped just over 5 oz
Second time was some stuff called beast og...
It's pretty killer it was 5 og's crossed with 2 kushes and it took over 3 years to cross...
I yielded close to 7 or 8 oz's dry on that strain.
However I'm running a light track and my light travels back and forth during flowering and the last few weeks of veg.
This time around I'm running the beast og again cuz it was really kushy and produced like crazy..

well the first grow i flowered with t5s up until the last 2 weeks or so when i switched to hps. this time i vegged with t5 and flowered all the way so far with hps. the light sits about 9 inches from the tops of the plants. i think that pic was taken a while ago, when i first switched from t5 to hps. i kept it a little high for the first few days so they could get used to the HID.

i got a measly 20 Gs off my first bagseed grow. i still have some actually, and was thinking about just throwing it away. Thats how bad it is. i'd be satisfied with an oz from the four plants this time (but of course, the more the merrier). it's all personal anyways.

i never understood how people get an oz + per plant. Is it because of the mh veg? or because they're using more watts/lumens?

The strain helps w. Oz per plant theory.
Can u get your lights any closer with out burning them?
Try to move it closer soon by using the hand method put your hand on top of the plants and move the light to where it burns ur hand then move it up a few inches so its not burning ur hand....
With this method you have to keep an eye on them and move your light up every few days...
My 400w is about 2-3 inches away from the tops...

The mh during veg isn't gonna make that HUGE of a difference I don't believe as far as yield goes. I only did it cuz I have a digital switchable balast. If I had to buy a balast i wouldnt do it again..
Also it really helps that my light is on a track...
Covering more space...
Your only growing 4 plants I grew 8.
This time ill be doing 6
To give them more room (and I accidently killed two of my clones...)
