400W minimum grow space?

Thinking of making a box that is 3.5ft long x 2ft wide x 6ft high.
Is that alright for a 400W Hps to be in?
 
i used to run a 400w in a cupboard 1f deep by 1 1/2f wide and 7 high .....
you will need a good extraction fan tho.
